What the hell, so a view from the rugby tower at the new 1BQ office tower will only be a grey wall, wow! Such a nice view! not! what happened to the glass windows that were meant to be put at the back of the 1BQ tower how can the city council let this happen? why aren't they watching carefully what gets built to make sure that developers stick to the first plans when they got approved. Makes' my blood boil for sure.
